Voice Lessons
$30 per 1/2 hour, $50 per hour
Molly teaches voice lessons to young singers as well as adult learners. Trained classically herself, she teaches with a classical singing approach. Students will work on healthy breath and placement technique as well as musicality and foundations of stage performance. Voice lessons are great for supporting what singers are practicing in choir, preparing for Solo & Ensemble and college auditions, or simply enjoying the art of singing.
Piano Lessons
$30 per 1/2 hour, $50 per hour
Molly has been playing piano since age 9 and is a proud non-perfectionist of a player. Sight reading skills are important to her as a teacher and player as well as chord chart and accompaniment abilities. She works with beginning through intermediate students, helping to solidifying good playing habits as well as music literacy skills and theory knowledge. Molly works out of the Faber Piano Series unless students request otherwise.
Folk Instruments
$30 per 1/2 hour
Molly is a believer in the healing power of playing what YOU want to play. In teaching, guitar, ukulele, and drum-set she helps guide students through the foundational skills needed for being in a band. Students will learn chords and the basics of pop and folk music and work towards performing student-selected songs. Molly’s goal is to help students become self-directed learners so they can make music their whole lives.
